BDSM Position: The Prisoner

The BDSM position we’re looking at this week is ‘The Prisoner’. A seated position that will leave the restrained individual begging for more! The restraints remove all movement from the arms and hands. It locks a submissives ankles and hands on the floor. They’ll be left with no other option but to look up and beg for mercy!

Overview:
The world of BDSM positions is quite staggering. You can create all sorts of sensations and scenarios. Be imaginative as you’d like and create feelings of fear, excitement, apprehension or whatever else you’d like.

The Prisoner Position
The Prisoner BDSM position is an Honour favourite! It’s a comfortable position to be restrained in, great for longer play sessions. Locking the ankles to the wrists with the knees in between is a naturally submissive position. Anyone is going to feel naturally vulnerable and be left to shuffle on the floor to their dominant other!

The fact that the arms and legs are bound together whilst the upper body is in an open position creates an aura of complete helplessness. The Prisoner is a humiliating position and is great for all sorts of role play. When used with impact or sensation play, this position is only going to enhance that feel of helplessness and control for the relevant actors.

Unlike some BDSM positions, 'The Prisoner' can be used with all sorts of sexual activities. For example, a sub performing oral sex acts to a dominant is an exciting way to ramp up the scene to the next level!

Instructions for Position
1. Put on the cuffs
2. Sit on the floor with your knees between your legs
3. Attach trigger hooks to the two D rings on the wrist cuffs. (This keeps your arms restrained in a central position.)
4. Attach the same wrist cuff D ring to each ankle cuff with trigger hooks.
5. Adding a collar can be a really good way to improve the fantasy. It adds an extra restrictive sensation around the neck for the submissive. Whilst also completing the look. It also provides another connection point for play. Why not use ‘The Prisoner’ with a collar and lead?

Remember when performing ‘The Prisoner’ you must set clear consensual boundaries that are discussed before. Establish clear safe words and understand the limits of all those involved.
