Please note that weekends, bank holidays, and national holidays are not counted as working days.
Pre-Order Items
Please be aware that some of our latex range may only be available for Pre-Order, depending on our stock levels at the time of your order. If the order contains any Pre-Order items, it can take an extra 20-25 working days to get the order ready before we can ship it to you.
All estimates on delivery times take effect from when we ship your order, not from when you place it.
Discreet Delivery
Your privacy is our number one priority at Skin Two. To this end, all orders are dispatched in plain, completely discreet packaging, and most orders are sent on a fully tracked & signed for service by our delivery partner Royal Mail.
Your order will arrive in either a plain brown box or a plain opaque grey bag depending on the contents of your order.
Store Pickup
Orders placed for Store Pickup can take up to 5 working days to reach our Waterloo store and cannot be collected immediately. Due to limited storage capacity, orders placed for Store Pickup at our Waterloo store will be held for 14 days before they are cancelled and refunded.
If you require us to hold your order for longer than 14 days, please get in touch with our Customer Services team who will be able to facilitate this for you.
Service Update - Please be aware that following the Saturday closure of our Watford store and warehouse, there will be some changes to dispatch on next day services. Please check your chosen service below for full details.
Free Standard Delivery
2-5 Working Days (may take up to 7 working days during busy/sale periods.)
If you don’t need your items right away, choose our Standard Delivery option, which is free for all UK orders over £49.95 or £4.95 for orders under this value.
You can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days from placing your order. This service is fully tracked for for your peace of mind.
*Please note, small orders under £50 may be sent on a non-tracked service.
Tracked 24
£6.95 (Order before 3pm)
If you just can’t wait for your purchases to arrive, but are happy to receive it any time the next day, choose this Tracked 24 service (although we may use a courier service at our discretion if an order is unusually large or valuable).
Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day for delivery on the following day; orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note this is not a guaranteed service - Royal Mail advertises 1-2 days for delivery on this service, but in the majority of cases, it will be delivered the next day.
Next Day Delivery Before 1pm
£9.95 (Order before 3pm)
For those of you who want a maximum control over when your items arrive, or need delivery on a Saturday, choose our Next Day By 1pm service (provided by Royal Mail).
Orders placed with this service Monday - Friday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, whilst orders placed Monday-Thursday after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed with this service after 3pm on a Friday, and over weekends will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Parcels sent on this service are usually delivered the following day between 8am and 1pm, whilst Saturday delivery may be anytime that day.
DPD Next Working Day Delivery
£9.95 (Order before 2pm) Excludes Scottish HighlandsThis service is only available for orders dispatched from our Watford warehouse, if your order is part or fully dispatched from another location your items will be sent via Royal Mail on their next day delivery service.
Please note as this is a next working day service, orders will not be delivered on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
FedEx Priority Delivery
£7.95 (Order before 2pm) UK Mainland OnlyThis service is only available for orders dispatched from our Watford warehouse, if your order is part or fully dispatched from another location your items will be sent via Royal Mail on their next day delivery service. This service also requires a phone number for FexEx to fulfil your shipment, If one is not provided we may ask you for one, or ship your order on an equivalent service with a different courier.
Please note as this is a next working day service, orders will not be delivered on weekends. Orders must be placed before 2pm for FedEx delivery Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will arrive on Monday, and orders placed after 2pm Friday will arrive on the Tuesday.
Order to Collect
Deliveries can also be placed for collection at the Waterloo and Watford Stores.

Following recent customs changes, we are pleased to announce that we now cover all US import duties for your orders, ensuring a smoother delivery experience. However, please be aware that local taxes and calculation fees may still apply depending on your state or local jurisdiction.
If you are contacted regarding any duties or are asked to pay any fees related to import duties on your order, please contact us immediately before paying anything.

Orders to the EU under €150 are inclusive of customs and duties.
Orders to the EU over €150 are subject to customs and duties.
Please be aware that this threshold is inclusive of your shipping costs, as well as the value of your goods.

Please refer to the Royal Mail website for service updates regarding deliveries on Bank Holidays as these can vary throughout the year.
For your security and privacy, all of our deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. This means that we cannot leave instructions for Royal Mail or our courier partners to leave your order in a specified place at your property.
If you are not in to collect your order, Royal Mail will return your parcel to your local depot and leave a “Something for you” card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
